Introduction

Jiaxun Feihong IMS6000 disaster prevention and safety monitoring system is specially developed for railway, at present, it is only applicable for monitoring alarm and output controlling of natural disasters such as wind, rain, snow and earthquake etc and sudden accidents, intrusion hazards etc with advanced and widely used signal collecting and transmission, relay control, network communication, database and data digging technologies for safe and high speed running of dedicated passenger traffic train, provides the information about disaster warning, speed restriction, and shutdown of train etc.

The running dispatcher shall ensure the safe running of train according to real-time monitoring alarm and warning information such as wind, rain, snow, earthquake and intrusion etc; the track maintenance department is able to carry out the patrol inspection, rescuing and maintenance for infrastructures according to the relevant disaster information from disaster prevention and safety monitoring system to ensure the high efficiency running of high speed train.

The monitoring unit is designed according to the standard for industrial monitoring system, the relevant software for train control is designed according to the railway signalling standard, with 2X2- out-of -2 system architecture, comply with the fail-safe requirements; the cabinet has the excellent EMC protection and lightning protection, it is suitable for using under -40℃～+70℃.

3, Monitored data processing equipment

IMS6000 disaster prevention and safety monitoring system has high performance dual redundant application servers and database server, supports RAID5 disk array, receives the information from monitoring units in real time, and storage, analysis, display, alarm and print etc for monitored data, it can also provide the information such as speed restriction, shutdown of train etc according to train running and control regulations, and send the alarm, and warning information to dispatching control office.

The dispatching control office has the disaster prevention and monitoring terminal at the running dispatching console to display the disaster alarm, warning information such as wind, rain, snow, earthquake and intrusion etc and relevant running control and restriction scheme, it can provide the sound alarm, simultaneously provide the remote recovery for the status of intrusion monitoring equipment.
