IMS video surveillance system

IMS video surveillance system is a comprehensive solution integrating the modern video technology, network communication technology, computer control technology, and stream media transmission technology, on the basis of network, digital video compression, transmission, storage and play, and intelligent and practical image analysis, it can also provide the powerful and flexible networking and application abilities.

This system adopts the prevailing latest H.264 multimedia application standard, on the basis of video numbering technology etc, supports VBR and CBR modes to realize the network transmission time delay control, error control and network bandwidth adaptive adjustment, under the ultra-low bandwidth and variable output code rate (10Kbit/s to 2Mbit/s), it can provide the high quality of image, through multicast technology and QoS technology, strengthen the traditional IP network multi-point communication mode.

IMS video surveillance system can be widely used for the network surveillance management system of industries such as petroleum, petrochemical, metallurgy, coal mine, telecom, government, electric power, railway, and army etc, integrate many functions such as environmental dynamic surveillance, image surveillance, equipment remote surveillance and maintenance management etc, compatible with other manufacturers’ monitoring systems, and maintained and managed in a unified platform.

Functions

Real-time surveillance and control

Supports the BS and CS architecture, supports the node tree navigation mode and electronic map navigation mode;

Multi-screen display: the field images can be displayed on the same screen in 1/4/6/8/9/16 menu mode. Both multiple channels and any one channel images can be displayed in full screen;

Polling monitor: this system has the automatic polling function among videos, within the freely preset time interval, fulfill the image polling for partial or all front-end surveillance points, the sequence of participants can be selected as necessary;

Audio interaction: supports the point-to-point voice talk function between dispatching center and front-end interactive point, for same type of front-end equipment, supports the point to multi-point voice broadcast;

TV wall: suitable for connecting with large-screen projecting equipment, the center can still provide the digital matrix, reduce the front-end video compression image into the analog signals and output to the TV wall in center surveillance room (at present, only one kind of front-end supported);

Remote control: supports three variable controls of iris, zoom and focus, preset location jump; supports the all-round control of tray; supports the remote control for matrix of PELCO, and PHILIPS etc;

Perform the single-frame capture and print for the required surveillance images;

Preset the lightness, contrast, color and saturation of images;

Automatically overwrite the name and time characters of cameras;

System locking: prevent the unauthorized touch.

Data storage and playback

Establish the system level image storage database, with the ability of continuous capacity expansion;

All video and audio data, alarm data and other user data in the whole system have the index information recorded in the database of server, the user can query all authorized data information according to information such as time, location, and camera number etc, and the server can automatically realize the re-orientation of user’s request to the physically saved data document
