FH98/FH98-G special-purpose digital dispatching system

FH98/FH98-G digital dedicated dispatching system is a set of digital, intelligent, and comprehensive Command & dispatching platform based on the modern communication technology and computer technology as platform, with the functions such as Command & dispatching, digital program control switching, telephone conference and maintenance management etc.

This product was initially developed in 1998, then widely used in railway dedicated communication fields, up till now, it has been equipped for our country’s more than 4000 railway stations. Since 2000, with our experiences in all industrial communication fields such as rail traffic, army, metallurgy, electric power, and petroleum, we have continuously provided the software versions for different applications, on the basis of former system, according to the new demands of all users, the Command & dispatching system was improved to increase the system’s applicability and practicability, at present, this system has been widely used for several industries such as rail traffic, army, metallurgy, coal, petroleum, government, and electric power etc.

The whole set of system integrates the dispatching service, automatic telephone service and special service of program control switching system, it is a set of comprehensive and unified digital time multiplexing switch platform. This system shall be described from the functional aspects: first, this system is a standard digital program control switching system with the specified capacity, with the basic functions such as automatic switching etc.

it can adopt the digital relay mode or analog relay mode to connect with the local automatic telephone network to meet with the internal communication demands of users, no other program control switching systems required. Second, this system is a digital program control dispatching unit with the powerful Command & dispatching functions, through 2B+D interface, it can be connected to various intelligent dispatching consoles, commanding consoles, support all functions required for Command & dispatching, such as break-out, collective broadcast, and mandatory etc.

This system supports the multi-user and multi-level configuration, its E1 digital relay interface can mutually connect several FH98 dispatching systems to form a unified Command & dispatching network, the users in the same one network may have the unified authorization level, supports the strict authorization level management and communication requirements.

The system operating console may adopt both the touch screen operating console and key control type operating console, and connect with dispatching and switching subsystems through 2B＋D interface.

The network administrator subsystems are usually arranged at the Command & dispatching center, and also arranged at any one node according to the actual requirements for maintenance and management purposes. The network administrator terminal is connected to dispatching and switching subsystems through RS232 interface to fulfill the unified management and maintenance for all FH98 systems.

1, Command & dispatching

FH98 system can realize the dispatching services for user at any mode of system. The dispatching console can be configured flexibly, each node can be arranged with one or more dispatching consoles as required, the dispatcher can execute the dispatching operations through dispatching console. The dispatcher at each node can not only dispatch the user at any one node, but also dispatch the user outside this system through various relay access modes.

2, Conference

This system has the abundant multi-user conference circuits, in which, M system can support 240-party conference, and S system support 60-party conference for the dispatcher or automatic telephone user to organize the any multi-user conferences.

3, Maintenance and management

FH98 system has the powerful maintenance and management functions, consists of one high grade PC and a special network administrator software, realize the data switching and information control with main network module through serial interface. The interface of network administrator desk must be friendly, visual and easy operation.
