FHV088 emergency communication system fully utilizes various access methods such as HDSL technology, radio transmission technology, wideband satellite technology etc, with the advanced video encoding and decoding technology, data communication technology and switching technology, it can realize the functions such as field wired/wireless internal communication, field dynamic image dispatching, field multi-channel voice dispatching, field wireless camera, field static image uploading, and remote data communication etc, properly solved the general problems of existing emergency communication such as less service functions, low transmission speed, bad transmission effect, and transmission not realized in time etc.
FHV088 emergency communication system has the up to international standard interfaces and tools for software, hardware, communication, network, operating system and data management system etc, enable this system with high flexibility, compatibility. Less parameter configuration, less adjustment, high automation level, easy control and operation.
FHV088 emergency communication system (hereafter briefly called FHV088 system) adopts various advanced transmission access methods, it can be divided into the access modes such as wired access (electric cable, field optical cable), satellite access, and wireless access etc, respectively suitable for different field environments and field access conditions.

Functions
1, Provide the field transmission channel
On the basis of HDSL technology, optical fiber transmission technology, wideband digital transmission station technology, wideband satellite communication technology, provides up to 2Mbps transmission channel between accident site and emergency commanding center, a suitable access mode can be selected according to the accident site situations and infrastructures.
2, field wired/wireless internal communication
At the accident site, several dedicated-line sets and several wireless dedicated mobile phones can be provided to ensure the internal communication of staff at accident site, strengthen the internal cooperation of rescuing workers, meanwhile, ensure the rapid implementation of leaders’ decision, try to gain more time for rescuing, strengthen the internal cooperation.
3, Uploading of field dynamic images
Upload the dynamic images from the accident site to the emergency commanding center in real-time, ensure the image clear, enable the leaders accurately and rapidly master the first-hand site information; the center’s leaders and experts can control the staff at site to shot the images through telephone to find the details at accident site.
4, Field wireless video recording
The staff for site shooting can be far away from the image receiving equipment to carry out the wireless shot, easy operation, high freedom.
5, Remote data communication
The accident site can realize the data communication with emergency center through data interface provided by emergency equipment to ensure the data communication between the emergency commanding center and accident site.
6, Emergency rescuing conference
The emergency center has the command & dispatching functions, a multi-user conference can be held to help the leaders to master the dynamic site of accident and accurately make the decision.
7, Video stream record and playback
The stream media server of system can record the field dynamic images and the video stream of emergency rescuing conference in real-time to query and analyze the causes of accident and organize the better rescuing of accidents.
